Real Madrid dominated the list as Uefa announced its awards for the 2017/2018 Champions League competition.

The awards were handed to the players on Thursday in Rome at the draws for the group stages of the 2018/2019 campaign.

Real Madrid won the competition for the third time on a trot the last term.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is ready for a busy summer transfer window. And according to the  Guardian , Lampard is eyeing another three signings as the Blues eye a Premier League title charge next season. Chelsea boss Lampard could sign Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell, West Ham's Declan Rice and Kai Havertz of Bayer Leverkusen Chilwell is Lampard's top target to slot in at left-back. The Blues boss has concerns over Marcos Alonso and Emerson Palmieri - and England international Chilwell could be Chelsea's starting left-back for years to come. Liverpool have been strongly linked with a move to sign Thiago Alcantara from Bayern Munich this summer. “We never had any contact with Liverpool.
