There are definitely a lot of players who are a really talented and deserve a better team. Here are a few of them…
Dimitri Payet- The 29 year old French international is definitely one of the biggest names in the English Premier League and by far the best player in West Ham. Scores goals, pacey runs, great assists, amazing free kicks, this guy does it all. One of the influential players in taking France to the finals other Euros 2016. He definitely deserves a better club and soon as after 31, no top club would be willing to invest a lot in him unless he can keep this fitness level which is slightly unlikely.
Adriàn- The Spanish goalkeeper Adrián San Miguel del Castillo is another West Ham man here. Adrian has been a key player of the team and has saved his team vital points by making great saves and being solid at the back week in week out. He recently earned a lot of praise for his work by the Arsenal manager Arsène Wenger.
Bast Dost- Dutch footballer who plays for Sporting Lisbon in the Portuguese League is one of the most underrated forwards in the world with teams like Aston Villa and Southampton trying to sign him. He is more of an old-fashioned forward, a classical poacher and most of his goals are one touch finishes. He scored 7 goals in 8 appearances in his first season for Sporting Lisbon. Last year he scored 8 Goals and provided 2 assists for Wolfsburg. Definitely a player to look out for.
Alexandre Lacazette- The French footballer who plays for Lyon in Ligue 1 has been on the radar of most top teams. In the past few seasons, he has been targeted by clubs like Arsenal and Liverpool. Lacazette is the player around which Lyon’s attacking threat is concentrated. His link up play with the wingers is admirable, while at the same time he can drop into midfield to hold up play. Not so strong in the air, but really agile and supports defensively. This season he has scored 13 goals and assisted 1 in 13 league games. With his speed, such stats and just being 25 yrs old, if I were a manager, I would definitely go for him.

Dimitri Payet : Only god and Payet knows why he is till paying for West Ham United. The French man signed from Marsille is a world class talent good with his feet when ball is live or dead. 3. Joao Moutinho : The Portuguese midfielder plays his trade at Ligue 1 outfit AS Monaco. He is one of the few experienced stars left in Ligue 1, Capable playing as both a Defensive and Attacking Midfielder he is considered to be the second best in Portugal After Ronaldo. Even though AS Monaco is a strong french outfit he can easily snatch a move to Big League clubs.

7. Javier Hernandez Chicharito : The Mexican goal machine who once was a Manchester United starlet now plays his trade at Bundes Liga outfit Bayer Leverkusen. Since arriving at Germany he is scoring on a regular basis. With excellent pace and positioning he is proven goal scorer who was utilized as a super-sub in his England days and can guarantee a goal per game. No doubt Arsenal and Arsesne Wenger is behind the Mexican.
8. Oscar : Still the world don’t know why the talented Brazilian International moved to CSL outfit Shanghai SIPG. Was he that desperate at Chelsea so that he don’t even had time to think about another European Club or he just fell into money pit. Dimitri Payet
Dimitri Payet, who was on fire past Euro (Chuck the infamous tackle on Cristiano Ronaldo). Even in the likes of Antoine Griezmann and Paul Pogba, Dimitri Payet made a name for himself after some stellar performances. That being said he deserves to be in a much better club than Westham United.
Xherdan Shaqiri
Xherdhan Shaqiri who is a class footballer and has played for the mighty Bayern Munich somehow ended up in Stoke City and with all due respect to Stoke, he deserves to be in a much better club. Considering he is still young and playing brilliantly, Stoke City is just not where Shaqiri belong.
Ricardo Quaresma
Ricardo Quaresma, who was a promising talent when he made his breakthrough in Portugal National team never really got to play in a big club and he currently plays for Turkish club Beşiktaş.
Hakan Çalhanoğlu
Hakan Çalhanoğlu, the Turkish sensation who plays for German club Bayer Leverkusen. He is arguably the best Freekick taker in the world can fit into Europe's Elite clubs any day. (Check out his Freekick goals in YouTube, you'll be mind blown if you havent. I'll attach a link here).

Okay let’s begin.
Serge Gnabry.
Currently with werder Bremen. I guess not too far in the future he’ll sure be at Bayern Munich.
2. Riyad Mahrez.
Lets be honest he deserves a better club than Leicester City at the moment. Since the league glory Leicester lack the killer instinct that they had before.
3. Virgil van Dijk
One of the best young prospects right now. Possible future destinations can be PSG, Real Madrid, Manchester city.
4. James Rodríguez.
I am glad finally he’s leaving Real madrid. A player with such potential should never be benched but it’s not Zidane’s fault. You just can’t decide when you’ve got CR7, Bale, and Benzema in your line-up.
5. Xherdan Shaqiri.
Totally my opinion. He deserves a better club. I know he was at big clubs previously but have you ever seen this guy play? He cuts through the right wing so smoothly as if it’s a hot knife on butter. That’s how good he is. I wonder if he had got enough game time at bayern, what would have happened?
THANK YOU.

There are certain footballers who deserve to play at the top most level. Some are as follows :
Virgil van Djik : Plays for Southampton and is an excellent defender, probably the best in EPL. He deserves to play in a better side.
Mauro Icardi: Plays for Inter and is the only reason why Inter is performing.
Mario Balotelli: Would have never been on this list but he is performing brilliantly this season. Plays for nice but I would love seeing him in a beer club next season.
James Rodriguez: Such a talented player but is warming bench these days for real madrid. I expect him to leave real madrid in summer with his likely destination being London or Manchester.
Currently these are the players who I think deserve to play in a better club next season.

A player sticking to a club is solely a matter of perspective and no one can know what goes on in a human mind. Keeping that in mind there can be a number of reasons why a player stays on like loyalty, manager, fan following and so on.
I have included all the players who deserve or deserved to be in a better or should I say a richer club
