The complete list of winners at the 2018 Fifa football awards has emerged with Luka Modric being named the Best Fifa men’s player, while Brazil legend Marta secured the women’s award for a record sixth time.

And according to the  Guardian , Lampard is eyeing another three signings as the Blues eye a Premier League title charge next season. Chelsea boss Lampard could sign Leicester left-back Ben Chilwell, West Ham's Declan Rice and Kai Havertz of Bayer Leverkusen Chilwell is Lampard's top target to slot in at left-back.
