Messi out for three weeks and out of El-Clasico

Barcelona forward Lionel Messi is set to be out for three weeks after his clumsy challenge on Sevilla player Vazquez in the 4-2 win in their La Liga match on Saturday evening at the Camp Nou, according to report in Marca.

Messi was in agony as he was dragged off the pitch by two members of medical staff, after the injury the Argentine forward wanted to continue with the match but he could not and in the end, he was substituted and he is to face three weeks on the sideline.

Messi scored Barcelona second goal before he got injured in the clash and it seems he would be out for the Champions League clash with Inter Milan, the El-Clasico at the Camp Nou on Sunday and Copa dey Rey match against Cultural Leonesa.
