LaLiga: Conte agrees deal to replace Lopetegui as Real Madrid manager

Antonio Conte has reached an agreement with Real Madrid, to take over as manager, once Julen Lopetegui departs, Corriere dello Sport reports.

Lopetegui is under increasing pressure, after seeing a winless run stretched to five gameswith defeat at home to Levante on Saturday.

Jose Luis Morales and Roger Marti gave the visitors a two-goal lead within 13 minutes of the game, to heap more pressure on the European champions.

Real had chances to score, but could only pull one back through Marcelo in the dying moments of the game.

It is their worst run since May 2009, when Juande Ramos was sacked.

Speculations in Spain claim Lopetegui will be fired imminently.

It is believed that Conte is on standby to step in at the Santiago Bernabeu, possibly before next weekend’s El Clasico against Barcelona.

Chelsea manager has said Hazard didn’t follow his instructions in the first half of Chelsea draw against West Ham on Sunday. The blues 100% record ended on Sunday at the Olympic stadium with the blues manager claiming it is their worst match of the season. The blues manager speaking after the match said winger Hazard didn’t do what is expected of him in the first half but said he improved after the break particularly in the last 25 minutes of the match. When asked if Hazard followed his instructions the former Napoli manager replied saying “Not in the first half. Better in the second half. But today it was very difficult to play inside. They were cutting out very well every pass for Giroud, so we needed two wingers, I think. Chelsea boss Maurizio Sarri: I've decided our captain

Chelsea  boss  Maurizio Sarri  admits he's made a decision over the club captaincy. For the moment,  Cesar Azpilicueta  holds the armband, but the manager says that could soon change. Sarri said on Friday: "I have my idea, I have decided. "But before telling you my decision I would like to speak to the players and the club. In this moment it's not possible so for the moment the captain is Azpilicueta. "I will tell you the final decision after I will be able to talk with the players and the club."
