JOSE MOURINHO insists there is no problem with Paul Pogba despite stripping him of the deputy captain role at Manchester United. Manchester United crashed out of the Carabao Cup in a penalty shoot-out to Derby with Pogba watching from the stands. Pogba was omitted from the squad due to rest according to Mourinho but his absence came after he was told he would never skipper the team again. Real Madrid star, Marco Asensio, has revealed why he did not take Cristiano Ronaldo’s No. 7 shirt when the Portugal superstar left the club for Juventus. Asensio said the club never offered him the No. 7 shirt. Ronaldo opted to join Juventus in order to achieve pay parity with Lionel Messi and Neymar.
